DO YOU WANT TO BECOME A LEADER OF THE RE-GENERATION?

About the Program

Ubuntu Yatra is a transformative 2-week journey across India, designed to cultivate a new generation of eco-social, regenerative and conscious leaders through immersive learning, community engagement, and inner transformation.

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
— Martin Luther King Jr., from “Strength to Love” (1963)

The world is grappling with the effects of environmental degradation, systemic violence, and growing inequalities, while traditional leadership models —often hierarchical and short-term in focus— struggle to address these multifaceted issues.

Amid this backdrop, there is an urgent need for a new generation of leaders who can navigate complexity with compassion, vision, and a commitment to sustainable and transformative practices.

A new generation of leaders is needed and THIS IS WHY WE NEED YOU! This crisis of leadership is present in the business world, in politics, in the Non for Profit sector… But there is a lot we can do, and a lot we can become to change the narrative and co-create a more peaceful, fair and sustainable world for all.

OUR LEARNING JOURNEY

Discover your talents through service projects, in collaboration with mentors who can help you find your purpose and sense of connection.

Queremos que sientas la libertad de la incertidumbre, del fluir sin saber donde dormirás mañana, si en un Hostel con piscina o en tu esterilla…

“ El viaje no es el destino sino lo que aprendemos en el camino”

WHO WE LEARN WITH

We co-create with local friends who inspire us with their mission, and we aim to support their local processes.

AUROVILLE

An eco-town piloting personal, collective and systemical practices that inspire the world. We will learn from their experiments and explore transformational paradigms rooted in inner transformation and service to the World. In Auroville there are more than __ social enterprises and countless community based projects that offer insights in what is possible.

GANDHI ASHRAM IN AHMEDABAD

Gandhi started an ashram in Ahmedabad more than 100 years ago. We will learn from his alive heritage through local leaders who embody his wisdom. More than a century after the ashram’s foundation, many organizations keep his legacy alive through their own example. We will get to learn with them and feel the power of Gandhi’s main insights addapted to today’s times.

Now I have the tools, inspiration and experience I need to take my project to the next level. I am grateful for this experience, one that I will remember as a pivotal moment in my life.
